Job Profile: Business Head

Colourdrive Home Solutions Private Limited is an established start-up in the home decor and service around house painting category. With 7 years of experience and founders from IIT, NITs and top B Schools, our headquarters is based in Bangalore. We are looking for an experienced Business Head to lead our team and drive growth in multiple cities across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing our business plan, leading our team of staff, and ensuring our clients are satisfied with the services we provide.

• Develop and execute a business plan that includes setting targets, developing strategies and implementing tactics to achieve goals.
• Lead and motivate a team of executives and other staff to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and new business opportunities.
• Identify and explore new areas for expansion and growth of the business in multiple cities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and market opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to improve profitability. Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to our services.
• Respond to customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs, increase efficiency and boost customer satisfaction.
• Research new products and technologies to ensure we are up-to-date with industry standards.
• Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in any stream
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development and Expansion of business in a leading position
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of business operations and financial management
