Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Business Development Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts in the healthcare education technology sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the medical educational landscape, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market share within the B2B healthcare education technology sector.
Identify and prioritize key target markets, segments, and potential clients for business development opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with educational institutions, corporations, and other stakeholders.
Lead the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field. MBA preferred.
Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in B2B sales, preferably in the education technology or related industry.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the education technology landscape, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a high level of initiative and drive. Ability to travel nationally as required.
