Job Description

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Business Development Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts in the healthcare education technology sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the medical educational landscape, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market share within the B2B healthcare education technology sector.
  • Identify and prioritize key target markets, segments, and potential clients for business development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with educational institutions, corporations, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to senior management.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in B2B sales, preferably in the education technology or related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the education technology landscape, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a high level of initiative and drive.
    Ability to travel nationally as required.
