About Colosseum Consulting :

- We are a Boutique Executive Search & Advisory firm that caters exclusively to PE/Vc funded tech startups in India.

- Colosseum works closely with Venture Capital/Private Equity firms in India as their preferred recruiting partner to help recruit the most critical and impact senior leadership roles across their portfolio companies.

- Over the last 6 years since inception, Colosseum has managed to create its niche in the start-up ecosystem and is recognized by the VC Ecosystem for its quality of service.

- We recruit ONLY Senior Leadership talent for Growth and Late Stage Startups. Most of our customers are Soonicorns & Unicorns in the market and we continue to go deeper in building CXO teams for them.

- Currently - Colosseum is a 3 member team and we are now looking to expand our core team.. We are looking for experienced leadership recruiter / Executive Search Consultant to join and drive the next phase of growth at Colosseum.

What are we looking for :

- We are looking for an experienced leadership recruiter. The incumbent shall be responsible for end to end leadership recruiting efforts across all mandates in non tech for various strategic & leadership roles for our portfolios (VC Funded Tech startups ).

- This is a brilliant opportunity for the person to influence recruiting at leadership level for companies at different stages of their investment & growth - Growth Stage to Late Stage - Thereby diversify his/her experience in recruiting across Enterprise & Consumer Tech and its sub sectors (Fintech, Healthtech, Edtech, SaaS, Ecom Enablers, Logsitic Tech, Gaming, Media etc )

NOTE : Do not misunderstand this opportunity with some startup. This role is at Colosseum Consulting, we do not maintain any website.

Role :

- You will be responsible for building & supporting the team in end to end leadership hiring for assigned mandates.

- You will be deeply involved in delivery of multiple searches at a given point.

- Responsible for building Market Intelligence across the Digital & Tech Ecosystem Leadership Talent thereby building research & mapping capabilities in-house.

- Conduct competitor landscape.

- You will be involved in sourcing and engagement with passive leadership talent in the market and built relationships for future opportunities.

- Work extensively in sourcing, screening and assessment of leadership talent on regular basis.

- Use Social & Professional networks extensive as the key sourcing tool.

- Participate in various industry and start-up events for networking purpose.

- Develop your own network within the industry with potential and existing candidates

- Should be flexible in conducting deep talent mapping exercises ( project based ) and ongoing basis to develop industry knowledge and insights.

- Fair understanding of Stock options, ESOPs, RSU's etc.

What you bring on the table :

- Passion for leadership recruiting.

- MBA from Tier 1 B school in HR (Preferred)

- 5-12 yrs years of leadership recruiting experience with at least 3 years in Startup ( Digital & Tech ) Ecosystem - Mandatory.

- Prefer candidates from Executive Search firms

- Strong stakeholder management skills.

- Willing to work independently (location agnostic).
