About the Role:
upGrad Rekrut (Wolves) is seeking an experienced Team Manager with expertise in technology hiring for GCC sectors (Global Capability Centers). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with leading recruitment firms, managing teams, and successfully handling leadership hiring for GCC clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with GCC clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver on leadership and technology recruitment mandates.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet hiring goals and maintain a high level of performance.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
- Market Expertise: Leverage a deep understanding of GCC sectors and technology domains to provide strategic hiring solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and achieve recruitment objectives.
- Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 10-12 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on technology hiring and leadership roles for GCC clients.
- Strong background working with leading recruitment firms and managing high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of GCC sectors and trends in the technology hiring landscape.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
