Candidate should worked as Team Leader in current Role

Candidates should Possess Collection Experience in Call Center Domain- Preferably in Credit Cards

Good Communication- One Multilinguistic Language

Good @ Excel and Data Analysis.

Candidate must have experience in voice process, customer service, knowledge in BPO and working as a Team Leader/ Lead in Operations department on papers for minimum 1 year, preferably.

Should have Hands-on experience in Team management and KPI's like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Rostering, NPS/Csat and Dsat calculations. Excellent communication skills in English. Minimum 1 years' experience in Voice process

CTC is 3.5 to 4 lacs

Shift Timings is 9 am to 7 pm
