Collection Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for collecting timely payment from customers.
• Ensure field collection visits to customers for achieving resolution of allocated accounts.
• Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities.
• Will work closely with business function departments to resolve collection disputes and maintain excellent customer relations and achieving allocated collection targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with 2+yrs experience in Secured Loan (MSE LAP) is preferred.
