• Field Collection officer is responsible for collecting payments from clients or customers on behalf of a company.

• They manage client accounts and ensure timely payments by directly visiting and engaging with clients to recover outstanding balances.

• Responsible for the evaluation of past due portfolio and assures that total delinquency rate of assigned bucket is maintained at a minimum and acceptable level.

• Performs collection calls to negotiate for full or partial settlements from clients, to make past due accounts current.

• driving to customers' homes or places of business, collecting emi. as per the process.
