Role & responsibilities

Customer Support: Ensuring the customer delight by providing prompt and world class services.

Processes: Adherent to the existing processes and managing the customer relationship through proper documentation and records.

Services: Maintaining the company SLA with the customer for long term engagement with the customer.

Troubleshooting: Technical trouble shooting at the customer facility for the solution/product provided

Technology: Should have excellent control over the technology and have a hunger for extensive technical certification.

Project: Should be able to lead and close the technical project at site.

AMC/Service Revenue: Should be able to retain and increase the services and AMC revenue from the customer.

Qualifications:

Minimum ITI for Technician. Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering for Engineer. Graduate Engineer will be preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

Young, Energetic, Pleasing personality, Dapper in Formals, Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Hunger for growth, willing to work under pressure. Willing to travel locally, within the country and abroad.
