Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with Developers in the real estate sector. The role involves overseeing partner engagement, ensuring timely communication, managing leads, and enhancing partner satisfaction to drive sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new Developers.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, or similar platforms to track partner interactions, sales activities, and lead management.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing queries and providing necessary support.
  • Monitor and manage leads received through channel partners using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive partner-led sales and achieve business targets.
  • Ensure smooth on boarding of new channel partners and provide necessary training on CRM systems and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, sales activities, and lead statuses in the CRM database.
  • Generate and analyse reports using CRM analytics, providing insights on partner performance, engagement, and contribution to sales.
  • Conduct regular meetings, events, and incentive programs to enhance partner motivation and loyalty.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize channel partner campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance policies and maintain updated documentation of partner agreements within the CRM system.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-8 years of experience in CRM management, CRM software usage, channel sales, or partner management in the real estate sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data from CRM reports and generate insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and report generation.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to partner engagement and sales growth.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in real estate sales or channel management.
  • Understanding of the real estate market and partner sales dynamics.
  • Experience organizing channel partner events and engagement programs.
  • Multilingual proficiency for effective communication with diverse partners.
