Finance ,Accounts & tax Manager (CA or MBA Must) - Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Taxation :

- Preparation of GST workings, GST Payment, return filing for the states (At present we are registered in 13 States in India and growing further).

- Reconciliation of GST ITC with Books, 2A, 2B, 3B or any other required reconciliations.

- Ensure all compliances of GST as applicable to the company.

- TDS, PT, PF etc work preparation, Payment and return filing for the company.

- Maintain tax balances on General Ledgers

- Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.

- Prepare all tax papers on regular basis and handle all information data requests

- Manage and coordinate with GST Auditors, Income tax Auditors, consultants Investor Tax Due diligence etc

- Preparing Monthly and taxation MIS.

- Reply to the notices received from any Govt. Authorities.

- Appear before tax authorities whenever required.

- Compile and present data for Assessment/ Scrutiny etc. (direct and indirect taxation)

- Identify and mitigate tax risks

- Any other work as per the instructions of the management.

Accounts & Finance:-

- review of Trial balance on regular basis.

- monthly books closure.

- Preparation of financial statements on quarterly basis

- Handle Statutory audit, tax audit, gst audit, due diligence.

- Updating of SOP, IFC, RCM for all the process of the company as and when required.

Preferred:

- Job Opening 3 candidate (2 candidate CA and 1 Candidate MBA with 2-4 years of post qualification experience) (Fresher CA or MBA can apply for finance role)

-Candidate should be able to Lead the team of 6 to 8 people at a time.

- Exp. in Big4/6 added advantage (our Auditors are big4).

- Candidates from Navi Mumbai added advantage (since our office located in Vashi)

- Candidates other than Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai region need not apply for this position.
