We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to manage and grow existing SMB accounts while acquiring new business through proactive prospecting and cold calling.
Your Role in Our Mission: 1. Account Management Growth: -
Manage a portfolio of existing SMB accounts , ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products to increase account value.

Work proactively to expand accounts and drive long-term revenue growth .
2. New Business Acquisition: -
Identify and target new SMB clients through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other sales activities .

Build a strong pipeline of potential new accounts to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure .
3. Sales Reporting Pipeline Management: -
Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline , tracking all activities and opportunities.

Use CRM tools to update deal statuses, forecast revenue, and report sales activities.

Provide daily updates to management on deal progress, challenges, and business growth potential .
4. Achievement of Sales Targets: -
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets .

Develop and implement strategies to achieve growth goals within assigned timelines.

The role is primarily desk-based (80%) , with occasional client meetings and cold calling (20%) .
5. Collaboration Strategy: -
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure that solutions align with client needs.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and service delivery .
What Excites Us: Education: Minimum of a Bachelor s degree.
Experience: 4-5 years in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in an SMB-focused environment.

Strong experience in managing and growing client accounts.

Proven ability to generate new business through cold calling, networking, and prospecting.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
