Proficient with Healthcare Management Systems and Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication. Command in English, Hindi and Gujarati. Strong understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminology, and community resources is essential.
Demonstrate an understanding of standard clinical procedures, laws and regulations. Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems, care management software, and other relevant technology tools is increasingly important in modern care management practice.
