1+ years of experience working in providing remote patientcare, US Healthcare IT industry preferable
Proficient with Healthcare Management Systems and MicrosoftOffice Word and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication
Command in English, Hindi and Gujarati
Strong understanding of healthcare systems, medicalterminology, and community resources isessential.
Demonstrate an understanding of standard clinicalprocedures, laws and regulations.
Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR)systems, care management software, and other relevant technology tools isincreasingly important in modern care management practice.
