Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for Cointabs SaaS products and services.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, delegating tasks effectively, setting clear objectives, and fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Develop and maintain consistent content strategies that support the sales funnel, including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, case studies, videos, and landing pages.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and areas for differentiation.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to create targeted messaging, campaigns, and materials that align with product launches and sales initiatives.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI while building strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
• Organize and manage online and offline marketing events to enhance brand presence and engagement.
• Mentor and guide team members in their professional development, ensuring continuous learning and growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep Cointab ahead of the curve in SaaS marketing.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing, Media, or related fields (BMS/BBA/BMM preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven expertise in WordPress, SEO, and LinkedIn marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO techniques and best practices.
• Proficiency in WordPress for website management.
• Experience with LinkedIn marketing and advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
