About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and strategic Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing and social media activities. This role is responsible for managing marketing campaigns, driving customer acquisition, and enhancing brand visibility through innovative strategies across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and grow the companys social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Plan and execute campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including email, social media, and events.
• Oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging consistency.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales efforts.
• Manage lead generation efforts, track leads through the sales funnel, and optimize conversion rates.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and social media metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
• Stay updated on marketing and social media trends to enhance strategies and performance.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or related roles.
• Proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
• Experience in CRM tools and lead management.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and tools.
• Background in organizing promotional events and webinars.
