ResearchAnalysis: drive research of trends in the global blockchain landscape and develop thesis on areas of focus from an investment and/or strategic MA pov.

Sourcing Relationship building: Build market maps and understand the participants. Build a pipeline and continuously source opportunities by building relationships

Manage Diligence: help evaluate opportunities through market research, product reviews, competitive analysis, financial analysis, customer/user reviews and technical diligence

Drive decision: Marry strategy our thesis to the opportunity and build a compelling business case. Collaborate align with with business leaders stakeholders on potential synergies

Support execution: Manage cross functional deal teams and help negotiate deal terms agreements

Own integration: Project manage post merger integration

Passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain and a desire to use technology as an enabler and catalyst to change the world

Exceptional communication skills and ability to absorb a lot of information and synthesize in a crisp manner

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create strong relationships with entrepreneurs, investors and the broader blockchain ecosystem

Strong team player who takes initiative; value system based on passion, hard work, integrity and humility

Bachelor and/or Master s degree in engineering or economics/finance with excellent academic credentials

In depth understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, including trends, themes, innovations etc.

Engineering experience, preferably within the blockchain ecosystem
