Manager - Risk - CoinDCX

The Risk Manager will be a member of the Exchange Operations team, and will oversee all risks across various processes and functions within the Exchange Operations division. Potential candidates should have an eye for detail, analytical risk assessment skills and problem solving mantra.

Job responsibilities:

• Identify all risk areas (counter party, financial, volatility, concentration, etc) for Fund Operations/crypto-treasury function of CoinDCX and define mitigation mechanisms/frameworks

• Define risk frameworks for deployment of crypto into various protocols and channels

• Operationalise those frameworks into well defined processes/protocols and metrics

• Hire and build teams for the function

• Continuously monitor transactions on crypto-treasury in terms of risk-reward, rebalancing and take steps to cover exposure in order to safeguard organisation interest

• Prior 3-7 years experience in risk management

• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

• Quick decision making and multi tasking skills

• Strong Analytical Skills

• Candidate should have managed risk and build protocols/frameworks for a fintech/NBFC/crypto-institution

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience of creating, managing risk framework within banking and treasury functions preferred

• Knowledge of the fintech sectors and its products (i.e., Crypto) would be an asset as well
