You need to be HODLer of these: * Ability to come up with creative ideas * Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects) & Figma * Ability to adapt the brand design guidelines and execute them accordingly * Illustration skills across various styles * Fair knowledge of Web3 & Crypto category You will be mining through these tasks: * You will be a part of the creative communications team consisting of copywriters, designers & video editors, working closely with them to ensure copy-design-video consistency with the brand image and positioning. * Develop a strong understanding of various marketing channels to come up with innovative ideas for disruptive campaigns. * Use your creative abilities to understand and decode briefs from marketing managers and bring campaigns to life through innovative ideas and design * Take complete design ownership towards multiple small and big design campaigns that come your way * Develop a strong understanding of crypto and investment space to understand the pulse of the industry better * Communicate well across the marketing team to ensure timelines are in check.
