Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

- Oversee all financial activities, including planning, budgeting, documentation, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.

- Develop and maintain complex financial models, including revenue projections, business valuations, tokenomics, and hybrid fiat-crypto structures.

- Support CoinCrowd's growth by identifying opportunities in blockchain-based financial models and technologies.

Investment Banking & Fundraising

- Design and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies for crypto wallet and blockchain startups, from seed funding to Series A and beyond.

- Leverage a strong network of VCs, institutional investors, and crypto-specific investors to secure capital for early-stage companies.

- Lead investment rounds, manage investor outreach, structure deals, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

- Guide startups in crafting compelling pitch decks, business models, and financial projections tailored to the expectations of crypto investors.

Industry Expertise & Advisory

- Provide insights into the crypto and blockchain landscape, including regulatory changes, investor trends, and emerging opportunities in DeFi and digital assets.

- Act as the primary liaison between startups and investors, managing investor relations and supporting capital management post-funding.

- Ensure all fundraising and financial activities comply with AML/KYC, data security, and token regulations.

Operational Excellence

- Manage due diligence processes for CoinCrowd and investors, ensuring transparency and alignment.

- Create impactful financial presentations using data visualization tools and analytics to drive stakeholder decisions.

Required Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in financial modeling, investment banking, or fundraising, with at least 5 years in fintech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain ecosystems.

- Proven track record of raising capital and building financial models, including tokenomics and digital asset strategies.

- Strong understanding of crypto wallets, DeFi, blockchain technology, and compliance frameworks.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to present complex financial and blockchain concepts to diverse audiences.

- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling software, and blockchain analytics tools.

- ACCA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent financial certification.
