Manager - Finance

Role Overview:

The Manager - Finance will oversee the companys financial planning, budgeting, taxation, compliance, and cost control, ensuring financial efficiency and supporting business growth.

This role involves strategic financial management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance within the robotic automation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Budgeting:

• Develop and manage financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and implement cost control measures.

2. Financial Reporting & Compliance:

• Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, GST, corporate regulations, and audits.

3. Cash Flow & Cost Management:

• Monitor working capital, vendor payments, and receivables.
• Optimize financial operations to improve cash flow and reduce costs.

4. Risk Management & Internal Controls:

• Implement financial risk assessment and fraud prevention policies.
• Ensure compliance with government and industry financial regulations.

Key Skills Required:

Expertise in financial analysis, cost management, and ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of taxation, GST, and corporate finance.
Ability to implement financial controls and optimize cash flow.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:CA CMA MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Experience: 10+ years in financial management, preferably in industrial automation or manufacturing.
