Responsibilities:
- Lead the after-sales service team for robotic automation projects.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for robotic systems.
- Provide troubleshooting and diagnostic support for robot controllers, PLCs, and peripheral devices.
- Ensure high uptime and customer satisfaction through rapid problem resolution.
- Train customers on system operation, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
- Hands-on expertise in robot controller troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of servo drives, industrial sensors, and safety PLCs.
- Experience with remote monitoring, predictive maintenance, and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- 10+ years of experience in automation service management.
