Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the skill development institution, ensuring smooth execution of AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science courses for freshers, final-year students, and working professionals.
This role involves managing faculty, coordinating with industry partners, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring high-quality training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:

• Oversee the institutional's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to institutional policies.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve course delivery, student engagement, and administrative processes.
• Monitor the execution of training programs and ensure they align with industry standards.
• Collaborate with faculty, trainers, and guest lecturers to ensure seamless course delivery.

Academic Coordination:

• Work with instructors to design and update course materials for AI, ML, and Data Science programs.
• Ensure course schedules are well-planned and executed efficiently.
• Monitor student performance and feedback, implementing necessary improvements.
• Maintain accreditation requirements and compliance with educational standards.

Industry Collaboration & Partnerships:

• Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, corporate partners, and guest lecturers.
• Facilitate internship and placement opportunities for students.
• Organize industry seminars, guest lectures, and workshops to enhance learning experiences.

Student & Faculty Management:

• Supervise faculty members and administrative staff, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Address student concerns and grievances, ensuring a smooth learning experience.
• Conduct training and development programs for faculty to enhance teaching methodologies.

Financial & Resource Management:

• Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation for efficient operation.
• Optimize institutional resources to maintain cost-effectiveness while delivering quality education.

Technology & Infrastructure:

• Ensure the institution is equipped with the latest technology and software for AI, ML, and Data Science training.
• Oversee the maintenance of online learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the education or training sector.
• Strong understanding of AI, ML, and Data Science education frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with digital learning tools and platforms is a plus.
