Customer Marketing Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of Growth or Retention Marketing experience in multi-brand marketing, retail, and consumer engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and sales growth across multiple brands. You will lead data-driven marketing strategies that optimize online campaigns, to drive retention and maximize the value of a brand's existing customers. This role involves working with U.S. clients and markets, requiring an understanding of consumer behavior, trends, and marketing strategies tailored for the U.S. retail landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for multiple DTC retail brands, ensuring each
  brands unique positioning while driving overall growth.
• Design and execute online marketing campaigns, digital advertising, and promotions.
• Be able to propose effective ways of collecting Zero-party data by constructing impactful
  customer centric surveys, polls, quizzes to specific brand customer segments.
• Be able to analyze segment behaviors and metrics to identify growth & engagement
  opportunities.
• Collaborate with brand internal teams to align marketing strategies with inventory,
  promotions, and seasonal trends.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure quality messaging and creative are launched to
  defined audiences

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, retail marketing, or multi-brand marketing.
• Proven track record in B2C and retail-focused marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including e-commerce, digital,
  social media, and in-store activations.
• Strong knowledge of consumer behavior, brand positioning, and retail analytics.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English a must

Preferred Experience:

• Background in retail, consumer goods, or franchise marketing.
• Hands-on experience in managing multi-brand portfolios.
• Event marketing and trade marketing expertise.
