- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overarching business objectives, driving organizational success and growth.
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes to ensure the organization is equipped with the right talent in the right roles at the right time.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, guiding employees through transitions and fostering adaptability to new processes and technologies.
- Leverage HR analytics to identify trends, assess performance, and provide data-driven insights to enhance HR strategies and processes.
- Ensure seamless payroll operations and adherence to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, proactively mitigating HR-related risks.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with the organization's goals and attract top talent.
- Cultivate a positive workplace culture focused on employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Oversee training and development initiatives to strengthen employee skills, foster professional growth, and enhance overall competencies.
For that mission you'll need:.
- A Master's degree in Human Resources, MBA or HR certifications will be considered an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partner role or managerial capacity in a global tech company or similar fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and labor regulations.
- Proven ability to work with senior leadership teams to drive organizational effectiveness and business results.
- Expertise in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proven expertise in managing people operations, addressing employee needs, and effectively navigating site-specific challenges.
