Mulesoft Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with 4 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Mulesoft and a strong understanding of data quality and data governance. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site as needed with no travel required. The position operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Mulesoft solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the integration of various systems using Mulesoft to ensure seamless data flow.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Mulesoft projects.
• Ensure the quality and performance of Mulesoft applications through rigorous testing and validation.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Mulesoft integrations and processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Mulesoft applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement best practices for data quality and data governance within Mulesoft projects.
• Work closely with data governance teams to ensure compliance with data standards and policies.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Mulesoft features and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
• Provide training and support to team members on Mulesoft technologies and methodologies.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality Mulesoft solutions that enhance business operations.

• Should have a strong understanding of data quality and data governance principles.

• Should have experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Should have a proven track record of delivering successful Mulesoft projects.
