Infra. Technology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Infra Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Teradata V16 and beyond Database Migration Service Database Security and AWS Database Migration Service . Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that align with our business goals and enhance our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. - Oversee the migration of databases using AWS Database Migration Service to ensure seamless transitions and minimal downtime. - Provide expertise in database security to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Manage and optimize Teradata environments to improve performance and reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure designs configurations and procedures. - Conduct regular assessments of existing infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. - Ensure the scalability and reliability of infrastructure solutions to support business growth. - Implement best practices for database migration and security to maintain data integrity and availability. - Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize disruptions. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve infrastructure solutions. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
