Sr. Associate - Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in UiPath development and a strong background in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts to develop and implement automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation solutions using UiPath to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Must have UiPath Advance RPA developer Certified (Ui ARD Certification)
• Paid UIARD certification is mandate.
• Handson experience in Share point automation, Queues, data base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities within the automotive industry.
• Provide technical expertise in UiPath development to design build and deploy robust automation workflows.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain and update existing automation solutions to adapt to changing business needs and technological advancements.
• Document automation processes including design specifications test plans and user guides to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing.
• Train and mentor junior developers on UiPath best practices and development techniques.
• Analyze and optimize automation workflows to enhance performance and reduce operational costs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation development.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation solutions to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in UiPath and the automotive industry to drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in UiPath development.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills in UiPath and a deep understanding of automation principles.
• Have a solid background in the automotive industry with relevant domain knowledge.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and creating user guides.
• Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Be capable of mentoring and training junior developers on UiPath best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in UiPath and the automotive industry.
• Have a proven track record of successfully implementing automation solutions.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze and optimize workflows for improved performance.
• Show commitment to maintaining high-quality deliverables through thorough testing and debugging.
• Be adaptable to changing business needs and technological advancements.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues in automation solutions.

Certifications Required

Advance paid UIARD certification.
