Responsibilities

Proven ability to enable the activation of connected digital experience through the capture monitoring analysis measurement and prediction of customer data content

Experience in a top tier digital technology supplier interactive marketing consultancy digital agency or marketing services firm with a deep understanding of data

Experience delivering projects which have integrated a number of following capabilities Customer data platform analytical models marketing platform personalization platform

Hands on experience with any of the leading CDPs like Adobe Experience Platform Microsoft D365 Customer Insights Salesforce c360 Audiences Reltio ActionIQ

Experience in marketing technology platforms SFMC Adobe Marketing Cloud Oracle Marketing Cloud will be a plus

Knowledge of best practices in different areas of data like MDM data governance data profiling modelling etc

Ability to apply appropriate statistics data modelling methods to derive actionable customer service insights identify opportunities for improvement

Strong understanding of different regulation requirements like PIIGDPRCCPA

Hands on experience with large scale data migration efforts

Outstanding communication skills strong analytical skills and selfstarter with a cando attitude
