Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Incident Management Service Desk Service Now and Windows. Experience in the Sales Marketing domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure contributing to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities

Associate should have min of 36 years of experience in incident problem and Change management process

Associate should open a bridge call immediately to triage and involve relevant teams immediately on any P1P2 issues

Should follow and communicate to the stakeholders periodically as per the Escalation hierarchy

Promptly respond to and resolve incidents to minimize impact on operations

Classify incidents based on severity prioritize responses and coordinate resolution efforts

Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing updates and resolutions

Investigate root causes of recurring incidents and work towards permanent resolutions

Implement preventive measures to minimize the occurrence of known issues

Collaborate with teams to analyze trends and proactively address potential problems

Review and assess change requests for potential impact on systems and operations

Coordinate and facilitate the approval and implementation of changes

Ensure changes are documented tested and communicated to relevant stakeholders

Work closely with other support teams stakeholders and vendors to address incidents problems and changes

Maintain clear and effective communication channels to keep all relevant parties informed

Facilitate communication during change implementations to manage expectations

Maintain comprehensive records of incidents problems and changes

Create and update documentation related to processes procedures and resolutions

Identify opportunities for improving incident problem and change management processes

Implement enhancements to increase efficiency effectiveness and overall service quality

Generate reports on incident problem and change metrics Weekly and monthly reports

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations

Conduct training sessions for teams involved in incident problem and change management

Promote awareness of best practices and adherence to policies and procedures

Associate should have strong understanding of ITIL framework and related methodologies

Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

ITIL certification is highly desirable
