Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in NoSQL/MongoDB Admin Windows and MS SQL Server. Experience in Asset Wealth Management is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Install configure and maintain CockroachDB clusters.
Monitor database performance and implement necessary optimizations.
Manage database backup restore and disaster recovery processes.
Ensure data security and implement access controls.
Troubleshoot and resolve databaserelated issues.
Perform routine system administration tasks including server setup patch management and system monitoring.
Collaborate with development teams to support databaserelated needs.
Out of business hours support for critical issues meetings Knowledge Transfer
Qualifications
Proven experience as a System Administrator. 5 plus years
Handson experience with CockroachDB. 2 plus years
Strong knowledge of database management and optimization. 3 plus years
Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems. 5 plus years
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS GCP Azure).
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Bash Python).
Familiarity with other databases (e.g. DynamoDB MongoDB PostgreSQL MySQL).
