Location : PAN INDIA

• Preferred to have prior experience in production support with Insurance domain knowledge.
• Should be skilled on Open Pages modules and specifically should be able to independently support/maintain the client applications that are built on IBM open pages.
• 1.OpenPages modules:
• Internal Audit
• IT Governance
• Operational Risk Management
• Policy and Compliance Management
• Should have work experience in OpenPages Customizations

• 2. OpenPages Customizations
• Triggers
• Helpers
• Should have work experience in OpenPages Backup utility, OPX , OP Configuration changes for Reports, GitHub
• Nice to have experience in Finance controls management, Importing Cognos Reports, IBM Installation Manager, Custom Reports/Report interface,
• OP Patching & DB Schema and Data Pump.
• Should be able to judge task priorities and handle L2 and L3 incidents and service requests.
• Should be flexible to work on shift basis to support during customer business hours and the shift timings would be from 6AM to 4 PM IST
• Jointly work with the customer to prioritize improvement opportunities
• Onsite Offshore collaboration work
• Work as member as part of production support team and support Application failure analysis
• Manage all Customer requests through effective queue management
• The resource should be flexible and should have good attitude and should take up ownership in completing tasks assigned.
• Should Support Managers and peers to ensure the company and individual goals are successfully achieved.
• Should be strong in communication and should be able to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Should support and guide junior level team members technically and take up review works.
• Should understand the business and help customer proposing value adds applicable and achievable which can bring in added value to both cognizant and customer
• Should be actively sharing best practices and learnings with peers that would help for project growth
