Create/modify firewall Rules
Adding IP & services to the group
Pushing firewall rules
Troubleshooting connectivity related issues
Version upgrade/patching firewall devices
HA troubleshooting of firewall
Major issue handling and critical/emergency changes
Install and configure the required policies.
Critical threat management and mitigation
Device provisioning and deployment
Advanced analysis of traffic performance issues
Troubleshooting application related issues
Triaging with vendor to isolate the issue
