Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appdynamics and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and performance of our IT infrastructure contributing to the overall success of our projects and the company.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of IT infrastructure using Appdynamics.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.
  • Implement and optimize monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy infrastructure solutions.
  • Analyze system performance data to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Assist in capacity planning and infrastructure scaling efforts.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members on infrastructure-related topics.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve infrastructure solutions.
  • Contribute to the overall success of projects by ensuring infrastructure stability and performance.

  • Possess a strong background in Appdynamics with hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Have experience in monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure.
