Enterprise Architect - Senior Director Grade

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect with 23 to 25 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Enterprise Architecture and will be responsible for designing and implementing robust architectural solutions. This role is hybrid, with day shifts and no travel required. The Enterprise Architect will play a crucial role in aligning technology strategies with business goals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies that align with business objectives.

- Oversee the design and integration of complex systems and applications to ensure seamless operation.

- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the enterprise architecture framework.

- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of architectural solutions.

- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including blueprints, roadmaps, and standards.

- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams to ensure cohesive architectural practices.

- Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep the enterprise architecture up-to-date.

- Implement governance processes to ensure compliance with architectural standards and policies.

- Provide mentorship and training to junior architects and other technical staff.

- Drive innovation by exploring new architectural approaches and methodologies.

Certifications Required
