Domain Architect

Responsibilities

You are responsible for the implementation of stories following the standards of the area. You will participate in the design sessions being able to lead part of them. You will attend definition sessions and collaborate in the elaboration of design documents and the creation of technical user stories. You will perform the developments the functional validation of the implemented process and you will support in the implementation of the project in production. You will oversee the resolution of high to medium complexity issues. defects including their escalation to production. You will participate in coordination with your colleagues in the different projects helping the more junior professionals to grow.

Certifications Required

Experienced in building and supporting all ServiceNow modules for customers ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (minimum) required ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist required
