Job description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using IBM DataStage.
• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or other data storage systems.
• Work closely with business analysts and data architects to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data profiling, data mapping, and data cleansing as needed.
• Develop reusable and optimized ETL jobs and components to ensure efficient processing and high data quality.
• Monitor and troubleshoot DataStage jobs and workflows, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data.
• Maintain and update existing ETL processes, ensuring that they are optimized for performance and scalability.
• Create and manage technical documentation for all DataStage processes and workflows.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in data integration and ETL development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and improve processes.
• Participate in data migration, data synchronization, and data validation activities as required.
