Senior Process Executive (Google ads)

Role & responsibilities :

1. Check the queue to view new tickets assigned, provide timely resolution to all the assigned tickets, escalate if you see a trend in tickets received
2. Replicate the user facing issue & escalate the issue to L2 level when required
3. Troubleshoot the query comparing the Google Ads front end with back-end data
4. Take regular process updates from the L2 level
5. Daily updates to the lead on inflow patterns & Issues raised by users

Preferred candidate profile

1. Need immediate joiner's with 1-4 years of experience in Customer Support/ Sales with 6 months - 1 year experience in Google Ads as a seller/ Google Ads Support Executive
2. Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear expression (Written & Verbal), clear comprehension
3. Logical thinking ability to analyse data to make informed decisions
4. Ability to build rapport and resolve customer issues efficiently
5. Bachelor's degree in a technical field, providing a strong foundation in problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Ability to learn quickly, comprehend, and work on seller queries
7. Blend of experience in digital advertising, customer management, and Google ads campaign management/ optimization
8. Foster collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders at all levels
9. Proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
10. Clearly communicates progress and insights to team management
11. Driven to develop and optimize tools that empower process improvement.
