- Focal point for forecasting and gathering input from stakeholders
- Design and develop forecasting scenarios
- Generate staffing requirements based on long term and short-term forecast
- Track forecast accuracy and reforecast as needed
- Refine and capture data to be used in the forecast models
- Review, confirm, and communicate final assumptions
- Provide input for hiring and training forecast
- Attend management meetings, as required
- Support process improvement projects
- Other assigned tasks as required by the business
