Sr. Associate - Projects

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience in UiPath development and data models. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and contribute to our projects by developing and implementing automation solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data models and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement automation solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design data models that meet project needs.

Provide technical expertise in UiPath development and ensure best practices are followed.

Oversee the integration of data models with existing systems and ensure seamless data flow.

Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UiPath automation and data models.

Maintain documentation for all automation processes and data models.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all development activities.

Monitor and optimize the performance of automation solutions and data models.

Provide training and support to team members on UiPath development and data modeling techniques.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in UiPath and data modeling technologies.

Participate in project planning and provide estimates for development tasks.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in UiPath development.

Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing data models.

Have a strong understanding of automation best practices and industry standards.

Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Hold a relevant certification in UiPath development.

Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Have experience in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.

Display the ability to document processes and maintain accurate records.

Stay current with technological advancements in the field.

Be capable of providing training and support to team members.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Show the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
