Manager - Projects

We are seeking an experienced Experience Strategist with 10 to 12 years of expertise in Sketch Figma Adobe XD Visual Branding and Adobe Photoshop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating compelling user experiences and a good understanding of Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business goals into innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of user experience strategies that align with business objectives and user needs.

Oversee the design process from concept to completion ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Provide expertise in Sketch Figma Adobe XD Visual Branding and Adobe Photoshop to create visually appealing and functional designs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions.

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.

Develop wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.

Ensure consistency in visual branding across all digital platforms and touchpoints.

Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of user experience innovation.

Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve and iterate on design solutions.

Communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders ensuring alignment and buy-in.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in user experience design with expertise in Sketch Figma Adobe XD Visual Branding and Adobe Photoshop.

Demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and user experiences.

Have experience in Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus.

Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Show proficiency in conducting user research and usability testing.

Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
