Associate - Projects

We are seeking a dedicated Product Test Specialist with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Guidewire - PolicyCenter Guidewire - BillingCenter SOAP WSDL Guidewire Cucumber REST Web Services Selenium and Core Java. Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance is mandatory. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough testing of Guidewire

PolicyCenter and Guidewire

BillingCenter applications to ensure functionality and performance.

Develop and execute test cases using SOAP WSDL REST Web Services and Selenium to validate software quality.

Utilize Cucumber for behavior-driven development and automated testing.

Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.

Provide detailed reports on testing outcomes and suggest improvements for software enhancements.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Property and Casualty Insurance.

Maintain and update test scripts to reflect changes in software requirements.

Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions to understand project scope and objectives.

Oversee the integration of testing activities with the overall software development lifecycle.

Monitor and track testing progress ensuring timely completion of testing phases.

Support user acceptance testing and provide necessary documentation for end-users.

Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Contribute to the overall success of the project by ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in Guidewire

PolicyCenter and Guidewire

BillingCenter.

Have experience with SOAP WSDL REST Web Services and Selenium for automated testing.

Demonstrate proficiency in Cucumber for behavior-driven development.

Exhibit solid understanding of Core Java for test script development.

Show expertise in Property and Casualty Insurance domain.

Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Adapt to a hybrid work model and manage day shift responsibilities efficiently.

Ensure no travel is required for the role.

Maintain a proactive approach to learning and applying new testing methodologies.

Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.

Provide valuable insights to improve software quality and user experience.
