Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience in the Payer domain for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in healthcare payer systems driving impactful solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively in a dynamic environment ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the stipulated timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis and design of payer systems to ensure they meet business requirements and industry standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert guidance on payer domain best practices and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all project deliverables.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in the payer domain.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and optimize payer operations.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.

  • Possess a deep understanding of healthcare payer systems and processes.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Show proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Hold a relevant certification such as Certified Healthcare Payer Professional (CHP).
