Sr. Associate - Projects

We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. need of a generic OPS profile with advanced proficient knowledge of Linux shell bash scripting and experience with pipelines preferably Azure DevOps icw Ansible

Responsibilities

Lead the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins ArgoCD and Azure DevOps to ensure seamless integration and delivery processes.

Oversee the implementation and management of Jenkins X AWS DevOps and JenkinsCloudBees to enhance automation and deployment efficiency.

Provide expertise in configuring and optimizing CircleCI TeamCity and Bamboo for continuous integration and delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.

Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to ensure high availability and performance.

Develop and maintain documentation for CI/CD processes and infrastructure configurations.

Implement best practices for infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible.

Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in all infrastructure and deployment processes.

Conduct regular performance tuning and optimization of CI/CD tools and processes.

Provide training and support to team members on CI/CD tools and best practices.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in CI/CD and DevOps.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address their infrastructure and deployment needs.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in CI/CD and DevOps.

Demonstrate expertise in Jenkins ArgoCD Azure DevOps Jenkins X AWS DevOps JenkinsCloudBees CircleCI TeamCity and Bamboo.

Have strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.

Show proficiency in English both written and spoken.

Experience in Asset & Wealth Management domain is a plus.

Ability to work in a hybrid model with day shifts.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
