Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Delivery Partner with 18 to 22 years of experience in Delivery Management and Account Management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring successful project delivery and maintaining strong client relationships. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive results and contribute to the companys growth and impact on society.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of complex projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Oversee the management of client accounts maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Develop and implement best practices for delivery management continuously improving processes and methodologies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the delivery management function.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and performance.

Manage project risks and issues developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve project outcomes.

Support business development efforts identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in delivery management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Demonstrate strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools with a focus on continuous improvement.

Have a strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

Display strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Be adaptable and flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications Required

PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
