We are seeking a Sr. Consultant / Manager with 6-13 years of experience in SAP IS-Utilities FICA Functional including BRF+ to join our Sr. Associate Projects / Manager team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Utilities Retail & Customer Services and Energy Supply & Trading contributing to our mission of delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Analyze client requirements and design comprehensive SAP FICA solutions tailored to the Utilities sector.

- Implement and configure SAP IS-Utilities FICA and BRF+ to meet business needs ensuring high performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICA with other systems enhancing data flow and business processes.

- Provide expert advice on SAP FICA best practices guiding clients through complex challenges in the Utilities domain.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP FICA configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of SAP FICA-related issues minimizing downtime and maintaining business continuity.

- Stay abreast of the latest SAP FICA developments and updates applying this knowledge to improve client systems.

- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions empowering clients and team members with the skills to effectively use and maintain SAP FICA solutions.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to optimize SAP FICA implementations for enhanced performance.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards within SAP FICA projects safeguarding client data and operations.
