STIBO MDM

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer with 3 to 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Stibo and will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. This role offers a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Stibo.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the companys competitive edge.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
• Ensure that all development activities adhere to the companys security and compliance policies.
• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the quality of the code.
• Document software designs and code for future reference and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Have 3 to 15 years of experience in software development.
• Demonstrate extensive experience with Stibo.
• Show proficiency in programming languages such as Java C# or Python.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Be familiar with Agile development methodologies.
• Nice to have experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Display a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Have experience with version control systems like Git.
• Demonstrate the ability to write clean maintainable and efficient code.
