  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects.
  • Monitor and manage project timelines budgets and resources.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor and train junior team members to build a strong technical team.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes within the organization.
