Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead - HC with 5 to 7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Provider Calling and Revenue Cycle Management. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the team ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes. This role requires working from the office during night shifts with no travel required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the team in managing accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Oversee provider calling activities to maintain effective communication and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with revenue cycle management protocols to optimize financial performance.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve accounts receivable processes and reduce outstanding balances.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their duties.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in revenue cycle management.
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance and financial metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Address any escalated issues or disputes related to accounts receivable and provider calling.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to achieve common goals.
  • Utilize technical skills to manage and optimize accounts receivable software and tools.

  • Possess a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and best practices.
  • Demonstrate expertise in provider calling and effective communication techniques.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of revenue cycle management and its impact on financial performance.

    There are learning and development opportunities via udemy and internal platforms but the team management doesn't provide time to utilise the same.

    Dislikes

    This openion limited to Staff Augmentation vertical - 10 hrs work culture takes 12 hrs to satisfy the unrealistic expectations and poorly managed processes. Too many unfair and biased approach by almost all TLs TMs and SDMs. If you are an outsider for positions beyond SPE you wouldn't be welcomed and treated well, tenured and competitors in the org will sabotage your growth.
