Job Description
- Lead Advisory Services, Process Consulting and Business Analysis across sourcing and procurement function
- Independently drive advisory consulting engagement with clients key stakeholders
- Analyze STP relevant technology and processes of client business during engagement and provide recommendations
- Lead the business workshop with client to envision the solution and develop roadmap
- Should be able to find the transformation opportunity in STP process during engagements
- Must have exposure to any of the supply chain processes such as planning, logistics etc.
- Must have exposure to any technology platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, iCertis etc.
- Roles within these engagements increase with experience ranging from individual contributors who provide support to the consulting teams, to Engagement Leads who lead an engagement.
- Drive pre-sales proposal (RFP/RFI) development activities
- Conduct market research and analysis to provide insights to client team
- Lead in developing Point of view on STP process and technology trends and present to client
- Drive the thought leadership agenda for the supply chain consulting via white papers, webinars, point of view presentation and other analysts connect
- Good to have project management experience
- Ability to work independently as well as in team
- Should have strong business and client facing experience
- Should have eye for details
- Positive attitude and sense of ownership
