Manager - Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience in Pega technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Pega solutions to meet business requirements.

Oversee the development and deployment of Pega applications ensuring high performance and reliability.

Provide expertise in Pega Reporting to generate actionable insights for stakeholders.

Manage Pega Data and Integration processes to ensure seamless data flow across systems.

Enhance user experience by implementing best practices in Pega User Experience.

Ensure robust security measures are in place by leveraging Pega Security features.

Model business processes using Pega Process Modeling to optimize workflows.

Analyze existing processes with Pega Process Analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Develop mobile solutions using Pega Mobility to support on-the-go access.

Utilize Pega Express to accelerate application development and delivery.

Implement case management solutions with Pega Case Management to streamline operations.

Leverage PEGA Decision Hub to make data-driven decisions and improve business outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Monitor and maintain system performance addressing any issues promptly.

Document all processes and solutions for future reference and compliance.

Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Ensure all solutions comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards.

Support the Report&Close Cust Bill InqRpt and Authorize Cust Bill InvoiceAdj domains as needed.

Qualifications

Must have strong experience in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.

Should possess expertise in Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience and Pega Security.

Experience in Pega Process Modeling and Pega Process Analysis is required.

Proficiency in Pega Mobility and Pega Express is essential.

Must have hands-on experience with Pega Case Management and PEGA Decision Hub.

Nice to have domain experience in Report&Close Cust Bill InqRpt and Authorize Cust Bill InvoiceAdj.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Certifications Required
